Remember, your crew needs to include at least one "down" girl. With out her, its just a big sausage fest, which is not cool. But dont take up all her time, she needs to be your inside connect to the other gender. When I was in high school, I was in a crew that went by multiple names over the years. Im sure that you will meet several of them at the time of your birth. And we always had our down girl.
